close to Downtown, the Olympic Training Center, Colorado College and Memorial Hospital.

My Real Estate Experience
- First licensed in Kansas and Missouri in 1980. I lived in Kansas City where the state line ran right down the center of town so had to be licensed in both states.
- Earned Broker's license in Kansas and Missouri in 1982
- Founded a residential real estate company in Overland Park, KS named "Boulevard Brokers" in 1985. My company quickly grew to be one of the top 25 residential real estate companies, in sales volume, in the metropolitan Kansas City area
- Moved to Florida and sold real estate on Sanibel Island
- Moved to Colorado Springs in 1995 and became a Broker
- Earned prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS)... held by only 4% of REALTORS nationwide!
- Opened my own company to be able to give my customers the personalized service that they deserve.

- Mother of two "tortoise" colored cats named Gracie & Patty
